Connection
Connect the supply pipe to the mains supply taking care to insert a stop valve. It is possible to connect to hot water up to 65C.
Important : Do not connect dishwasher to an inlet-controlled water heater. Connect the waste pipe to a siphon taking account of the bend.

Dishwasher with total safety system
To guarantee the efficiency of the total safety system, it must be installed in such a way that any leak in the bottom of the appliance can be detected. The waste pipe can be extended up to 5 m.
In the housing, the supply pipe and waste pipe must be separate. The housing can be placed in any direction and can be placed on the ground for easier installation.

Safety systems

  1. Anti overflow safety system which prevents the water level from getting too high in the tank, for example if the water supply valve stays open = over flow discharge
  2. Anti leakage safety system which protects against leak from below the appliance, for example from a weak joint or hole in a pipe = water supply disconnection and start of emptying system.
  3. Anti burst safety system which protects against water leaks in the supply pipework = mechanical disconnection of the water coming from the tap.
  4. Protection against the fall of drainage pipe : high point of the drainage pipe avoiding siphoning.
  5. Protection against the return of wastewater : air break in compliance with European Standards.

The Aquablock “Plus” toatal safety system includes safety system 1 + 2 + 3 : Electronically disconnection of the water supply from the tap, electronically disconnection of the valve and drainage of the water from the dishwasher.

Installing Dishwashers
Assembly of the decorative door :
It must have a width of : 592 mm for the 60 cm dishwasher and a minimum thickness of 19 mm.
Adjusting the control panel :
By using the set of spacers ( 5 mm ) the control panel for all models to be fitted is adjustable between a heigh of 107 mm minimum and 187 mm maximum.
Fast and easy installation of the cabinet ( on the 60 cm built-in models )
First of all, fix the alignment guides on the dish washing machine. Following the instructions in the assembly guide, screw the 2 clips to the interior of the wooden door. Remove the 4 lateral screws in parallel from the double door of the dish washing machine.
Clip this door onto the wooden door on the front of the dish washing machine and adjust it.
Finally after adjusting, secure the wooden door with 4 news screws ( longer screws supplied in the instructions pocket )
Assembling the base board :
It is possible to install a continuous baseboard, possibly with a cutout, according to the type of decorative door used. A separate base board can be fixed onto the dishwasher usind deep adjustbale angle brackets. The depth of the base board can be aligned with the adjacent base boards.
Adjusting the feet supports :
The height of the dishwasher can be adjusted up to 880 mm, according to the height of the working surface : the back feet are adjusted through  the front of the appliance.
Important : the plastic slippers underneath the feet are essential as they make it easier to position the dish washing machine when the floor is uneven. Leave them in place after the machine has been installed.

  • Determine application. Wardrobe, Cupboard, Cabinet, or Room Divider.
  • Choose fixing Method. Face Fixed ( into side of wall ) or Soffit Fixed ( into lintel or wall cavity )

Sliding Doors can be : Face Fixed with single line of tracks which allows access to the full width of the opening, but you need wall space where the door(s) can park.
Soffit Fixed with 2 lines of track which allows doors to by-pass each other, giving a partial opening.
Soffit Fixed single line of track for cavity installations
Folding Doors are normally Soffit Fixed where-there is no wall space for the doors to slide to

  • Measure width of opening and determine track length

Face Fixed = width of opening x 2 ( to allow for door parking space )
Soffit Fixed = width of opening
Soffit Fixed ( cavity sliding doors ) = width of opening x 2

  • Choose the door and note material of door

  • Measure width and thickness of each door

Face Fixed note that the total width of the doors should be slightly wider than opening to prevent any gaps.
Soffit Fixed note that the total width of all the doors must be exactly equal to the width of the opening to allow proper closing

  • Indentify howmany doors you need

  • Indentify the weight of each single door.
  • Choose correct gear and kit numbers
  • Fix your door.

Also fix a pelmet along the length of the track to cover the track and hangers to give a pleasing appearance to your slidding door
